- ESMT will do the best to avoid the risk caused systematic/random/common cause failure for functional safety component and ensure providing sufficient resource for functional safety related management system development.
- The product project which is deemed to be functional safety related then the Functional Safety Committee chairman shall appoint a functional safety manager to take responsibility of functional safety management process.
