This filing has been approved and declared effective by the Financial Supervisory Commission(FSC) under official letter No. 1150345947, dated June 17, 2026. (2)To ensure the full subscription of the funds, the Company has applied to the FSC for an extension of the fundraising period, seeking to complete the fundraising on or before December 16, 2026.
