In June 2016, ESMT successfully merged with Eon Silicon Solution Inc. (EON), a leading domestic Flash memory IC design company. Through this integration, ESMT offers a complete portfolio of high-performance NOR Flash memory products, engineered specifically for storing critical boot code and firmware in a wide range of applications. ESMT continues to use the cFeon and EON brands Logo, offering customers more comprehensive services related to NOR Flash products, including technical documentation, design support, and consultation.


Our NOR Flash product lineup covers densities from 1Mb to 512Mb, supports both 1.8V and 3V operating voltages, and provides Serial (SPI) and Parallel interface options.
