Engaged in cultivation of memory talent
The acute shortage of semiconductor talent has indirectly impacted national competitiveness. The output value of Taiwan's memor y industry approximates NT$30 billion, which might double in the future. The Company also launches its campus campaign each year, namely, "IC Design Industry Introduction and Career Development Planning Seminar", at the various campus, aiming to enable students to understand their personal strength and the industry before they start work, so as to enhance their competitiveness. ESMT actively promotes the memory industry to students, strengthening their knowledge and deepening their expertise to align with industry development trends. This proactive approach ensures early alignment with industry needs and maintains Taiwan's competitiveness in the international market. Furthermore, ESMT invests resources every year to provide internship and scholarship opportunities, cultivating its own talent and further supporting industry development. ESMT has joined the Electric Resource Industry-Academia Alliance of National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University to promote research and development collaborations between the company and the university.
