On May 14, 2009, the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) of Taiwan announced that R.O.C.'s accounting standards were converted to IFRS, and that the listed companies were required to adopt IFRS in phases since 2013. Therefore, the company’s quarterly financial report is prepared on a consolidated basis starting from 2013, while the quarterly financial report was prepared on a stand-alone basis.
